Kepler Universit\u00e4t Linz(A); Oberassitent an der ETHZ; Habilitation in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Univ.-Dozent f\u00fcr Prozess- und Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement; SwissTS-Auditor; EFQM-, TPI-\/CMMI-Assessor und ISO 15504 Principal Assessor ; Mitglied bei IEEE, ACM, WIF, GI, SI, Software Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement Austria. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Ernest Wallm\u00fcller war mehrere Jahre Leiter von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Software Engineering (CASE, Prototyping) an der J. Kepler Universit\u00e4t Linz\/A und Oberassistent an der ETH Z\u00fcrich. Anschliessend war er als Manager einer Gruppe &#8220;Software Engineering und Qualit\u00e4ts-sicherung&#8221; in der SBG Z\u00fcrich t\u00e4tig. Er leitete dort Projekte zum Aufbau einer Software Engineering Umgebung und Projektaudits sowie Qualit\u00e4ts- und Produktivit\u00e4tsverbesserungsprojekte f\u00fcr den Informatikbereich unter anderem ein Metrikprogramm. Danach war er 6 Jahre f\u00fcr ATAG Ernst &amp; Young als Berater in der Schweiz, \u00d6sterreich, Deutschland und England t\u00e4tig. Beratungsschwerpunkte waren Prozessverbesserungen in Informatikorganisationen, Assessments nach ISO 9001, SEI-CMM und SPICE, Informatik-Audits, Messprogramme in der Informatik, Vorbereitung auf ISO 9001-Zertifizierungen, Projektmanagement, Konfigurationsmanagement, Software Qualit\u00e4tssicherung, Testen, Einf\u00fchrung und Optimierung von Reviews, Inspektionen und Audits sowie Change Management Aufgaben, BPR- und Benchmarking-Projekte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Von 1995 bis 1997 leitete er als Principal und als Prozess-Coach das Project Quality Office der Unisys Schweiz AG und f\u00fchrte zwei Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekte (Bid- und Lieferanten \/ Businesspartner-Prozesse) durch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\"> Dr. E.
